Mini Sessions Options:

Prebook ALL mini sessions you would like to attend this year - they are listed in order by month :)

These Limited Edition mini-sessions are the perfect opportunity to create family heirlooms to decorate your home! 

TOTAL COSTS: Total costs for mini sessions are $350 for OUTDOOR sessions and $250 for STUDIO sessions - deposits paid today will be credited toward your final balance. Remaining balances ($200 for studio and $300 for outdoor) will be invoiced and due 2 weeks before chosen session dates. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED: The session fee includes your time with me AND 5 digital images of your choice. If you end up falling in love with more than 5 photos after viewing your proof gallery, that's okay too! Additional images for all sessions will be $75/each OR $200 for the full gallery.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Mini sessions are always a hit, we have so much fun! We start all mini sessions with some traditional "smile and look at the camera" photos, then move into some playtime and prompting. I end the session by allowing kiddos to have a couple minutes to let loose and play which always results in the sweetest photos :) If you have questions about your specific 

Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed 20 minutes of shooting time 

CANCELLATION/NONREFUNDABLE SESSION FEE: Client agrees to pay the $50 session fee deposit in order to reserve each desired session. Client understands Photographer is foregoing other employment by entering into this agreement to secure the Client’s session time on the Photographer’s calendar, and therefore, also agrees and understands that the paid retainer fee is nonrefundable. 

PHOTOGRAPHER ILLNESS OR WEATHER: If mini sessions are canceled due to Photographer's illness or inclement weather, Photographer will immediately schedule makeup dates, with no additional charge to Client. If Client is unable to attend makeup dates, Client will be credited with 1 mini session to be redeemed within 30 days of rescheduled dates.

COOPERATION: Client agrees to arrive to session 5-10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. This ensures everyone is ready to go at the start of your session.

COUNTERPARTS/ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: This Agreement is to be signed via electronic means, which will be fully binding as an original signature. 

PROOFING AND FINAL IMAGES: Photos will be delivered within 14 days of session dates. After the session date, approximately 25 custom-edited photos will be available in an online, password-protected gallery. Here, you will be able to choose your final 5 images. Additional images may be purchased for $75/image or $200 for the full gallery. Client agrees and understands that Photographer, in her sole artistic discretion, decides which images taken during the session will be edited and presented in the Client’s proof gallery; not all images taken during the session will be presented to the Client if deemed unusable.

 

Deposit is to be collected below to book your session. Total charges today include: $50 Deposit + $2 processing PER chosen session. Payments are processed securely directly through SQUARE.
